Price.
It is not easily found by taxi drivers. No one speaks English and their Mandarin is South Mandarin dialect. It is hard for a Mandarin speaker to understand. Otherwise the staff were helpful.

Its location
Our room stank of stale cigarette smoke, the toilet and shower not up to standard, reception area very poor, certainly would never stay there again, we was glad to leave the very next day.

Everything was perfect and the staff is just amazing: I got no wire to connect my lap to the sock in the wall and they gave me one pronto; I needed to book a flight for the next day and they got it delivered right to my door in less than 30 mins. The room was clean, sheets were clean and the room was very comfy. The bathroom is huge, the shower wonderfully warm and spacious. I had two of my best day ever in China.
